Apple Air Heating & Cooling LLC. — Official Rules

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and own a home within the Service Area (the “Entrants”). Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Agreement to Official Rules

By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Participants also agree that their first name, last initial, and city of residence may be published for promotional purposes if they are selected as a winner. Additionally, any photos or videos collected during the furnace installation may be used by the Sponsor for internal and promotional purposes. Winning the Grand Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

How to Enter

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins October 1, 2025, and ends on October 31, 2025 (the “Giveaway Period”).

Entry Method

Entries may be made online by completing the entry form located at flow.page/apple-furnace-giveaway. By completing the online entry form, each individual entering will receive one (1) Giveaway entry.

Entry Limits & Conditions

• Limit of one (1) entry per person/household/e-mail address for the contest period.
• Multiple entries received from any person or e-mail address thereafter may void all such additional entries.
• Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified.
• Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or corrupted are void and will not be accepted at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Additional Eligibility Requirement

Entrants must be a breast cancer patient, survivor, or thriver, and registered as such with the American Cancer Society at the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk of Long Island 2025.

Entry Responsibility

The Sponsor is not responsible for late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, or misdirected entries. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned except as provided herein.

General Conditions

If for any reason the operation or administration of this Giveaway is impaired or incapable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical failures, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual deemed to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Caution

Any attempt to deliberately damage the Giveaway process or undermine its legitimate operation is a violation of criminal and civil laws. The Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages or other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Release & Limitations of Liability

By participating, all Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, agents, and assigns from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the Prize.

Drawing & Notification

The Grand Prize winner (the “Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor shortly after the Giveaway Period ends. The Winner will be notified either through social media or the contact information provided at entry.

Grand Prize

The Winner, upon confirmation of eligibility, will receive a Trane Single Stage 80% 80BTU B-width furnace sized to fit his or her home's heating requirements (the “Prize”). The Sponsor will install the Prize in the Winner’s residence. All other expenses associated with acceptance of the Prize or its usage not specifically mentioned herein are the responsibility of the Winner.

Additional Prize Conditions

By accepting the Grand Prize, the Winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt of the Prize. The Winner will be responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes associated with the receipt of the Prize. If a Prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, or if a potential Winner cannot be reached, the Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate Winner will be selected.

Disputes

All issues and questions concerning these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with New York state laws.

Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is deemed invalid, all other provisions will remain in effect.

Miscellaneous

These Official Rules represent the full understanding of the Giveaway terms and supersede all prior agreements.
