Charlie was fantastic! He made the service call a breeze from walking me through the process and explaining exactly how everything should work. Knew exactly what was wrong and fixed the problem in well under and hour. His demeanor was super professional and took care to walk around inside the house with coverings over his boots given the rainy day we're having. I highly recommend.

I recently contacted Apple Air Heating and Cooling for an estimate to replace a bathroom exhaust fan that wasn’t effectively removing moisture. A technician visited our home on Friday and informed my wife that the existing fan wasn’t vented and was instead exhausting air directly into the attic. I appreciated this insight and was ready to move forward with both the installation of a new fan and proper venting.
However, when I received the estimate totaling $3,848.47, I was shocked to see a line item charging $1,174.00 for a “Premium 110cfm Exhaust/Fan Light Combo Unit.” After researching multiple sources—including Home Depot and other reputable retailers—I found that similar or identical units were priced between $150 and $300, with the highest at $279.
I understand that companies add labor, overhead, and markups to parts—but this level of markup feels excessive and, quite frankly, exploitative. This is not just a question of cost, but of principle and trust.
What’s more concerning is that this visit occurred while I was not home, and only my wife was present. I can’t help but wonder if this had any influence on the pricing approach taken by the technician. I truly hope that’s not the case, but the optics are troubling.
As a hardworking individual trying to take care of my home and family, I feel taken advantage of. I strongly urge others to get multiple estimates and compare prices before signing anything with this company.
I am disappointed and will be seeking services elsewhere. I hope Apple Air Heating and Cooling takes this feedback seriously and reevaluates their pricing transparency and business practices.

Our technician Kurt was very thorough and took a lot of time investigating our plumbing. He is very knowledgeable and super informative! Really appreciate the inspection and recommendations. Very happy with his service, highly recommend Kurt.

Apple is very responsive and quick to schedule appointments. Today the technician Kevin came for an AC tune up. He was very professional, nice, and efficient. He was quick with his work and was thorough going over everything with me. I definitely recommend them.
I had a Carrier mini split ductless a/c installed by Ramel Franklin, he was thorough, professional, and efficient. The install from start to finish was seamless. I’m very happy with the work that was done, they put drop cloths down to protect the floors, completely cleaned up after, took all garbage with them. Couldn’t even tell they were here. All in all it was a pleasant experience!!!
My A/C stopped working on Labor Day. After calling several other companies, Apple Air was the only one, that could accommodate me. Within a few hours Derek was at my door.
He was so kind & professional! He performed a through inspection of our unit. And worked tirelessly until 10 p.m to get my system up and running on Labor Day! I highly recommend Apple Air! Especially, Derek

Technician John A. is/was absolutely Amazing! His repair and maintenance service was impeccable. He answered and explained all of my concerns & questions as thoroughly as a customer could hope for before any of the repair and maintenance work was started. His character and manner were top notch too. Very respectful while working in & out of the home. I couldn’t have been more satisfied. Highly recommended.
It was a pleasure dealing with Apple as we got our AC units and furnaces replaced. Ron V. was great to deal with. Very informative and professional. He really took good care of us. Installation team was also very professional and kept everything clean and organized. One of the best companies I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend.
We had a complimentary electric check by technician Anthony. He was really great! He pointed out some issues we should take care of. My husband and I agreed. Anthony did the work very professionally and promptly. He was very pleasant and not at all busy. He cleaned up after he was done. We were extremely happy with the service we received. If we have any electrical problems in the future we will be sure to request Anthony.
The service was outstanding, from going over the financing with Leonard to the installation of the ducts. Romel, Christain and Brandon did a fantastic job from start to finish installling the units quick and professionally. They answered any questions me and my wife gave them and showed us how the units work. Truly a fantastic company and great workers would recommend to anyone 👍🏽.
I never take the time to write reviews but Apple Air Heating and Cooling were so professional and the quality of service was impeccable, that people deserve to know if there money is well spent. From start to finish I was secure with the job done and my Central Air was up and running within the hour. It was same day service which made it easy for my family life. I received a picture text message from the service technician which was a safe feeling knowing exactly whose coming to my home and exact time. He was neat, clean , respectful and treated my home with care. They were reasonably priced which made my decision to become a member quite easy. I highly recommend them to anyone and trust my decision with this recommendation.
Starting with the sales person and ending with the fantastic install team I could not recommend Apple enough! Erik the sales rep was responsive and helpful when needed, even on the day of install! Andrew and his team were absolutely AMAZING! Andrew made me feel so comfortable with his recommendations on the day of install regarding placement and where the lines would run on the outside of the house! Andrew and his team were clean, responsive and very knowledgeable! I would trust Andrew to do more work on my home in the future!
